Use of Discount Codes

• If a discount was applied to your original purchase, any refund will be calculated based on the discounted amount, not the full retail price.

For example, if you used a 10% discount code, your refund will be:
Item price - 10% = Refund amount

When Refunds Apply

Refunds (minus any applied discounts) will be issued in the following cases:

• Items sent by mistake by Bibiqueensrl

• Returns made under your right of withdrawal

• Order cancellations prior to shipment

• Non-deliverable items due to unavailability
